Camu Camu (Myrciaria dubia) is a fruit originating from a small tree in the Amazons, which grows between November and March. Its color is dark red, and when it’s ripe, it gains a purple color. It has an acid pulp with little seeds.
Camu Camu is composed of fibres, proteins, vitamins, tiamin, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin C and minerals including calcium, phosphorus, potassium and iron.
