HOW DOES GLUTAMINE WORK?
Although our bodies produce Glutamine naturally, we often don't maintain optimal levels while exercising, that's where the bad boys from TPW™ come in! Glutamine also has protective roles against the damage caused by prolonged exercise. Intense exercise lasting longer than 60 mins depletes intestinal stores of glutamine, this leads to increased permeability and stomach discomfort. Serving Size: 5g
We recommend consuming 15g daily split over three servings:
- 5g in the morning
- 5g in the afternoon
